What: Traditional roles in the SFDC ecosystem are being redefined as required skills rapidly evolve.
Why: 2025 was the rebirth of Salesforce Well-Architected, and in 2026 CTAs will have a strategic role to play within their organizations as companies demolish towers to rebuild the foundation in the age of AI. Meanwhile, junior roles are disappearing as AI replaces entry-level jobs in support and sales.
How: Salesforce Technical and Solution Architects will become strategic, as their expertise is paramount to designing scalable data architecture, well-governed AI solutions, and complex integrations. This will accelerate demand for these roles, especially within large enterprises.
AI replacing junior level positions will spark meaningful conversations around: How do we introduce people into the workplace if there are no entry-level roles?
We’ll be publishing the next trend soon, stay tuned! Don’t forget to register for our January 29th webinar, hosted by Odaseva CEO Sovan Bin, to learn more about each trend in more detail.
