Odaseva’s story began when one of Salesforce’s largest customers came to Sovan Bin with a problem.
The customer was Schneider Electric, a Fortune Global 500 company that had gone all-in on Salesforce to replace more than 100 legacy systems and transform the customer experience. The problem was data management.
Schneider Electric needed a better way to protect and manage their Salesforce data, and they asked Sovan, Europe’s first Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, to design a solution.
