Q: Tell us about what you do here at Odaseva

A: As an Account Executive for Odaseva, my mission is to provide a world-class client experience that delivers the best outcomes for both our clients and our business.

Q: What’s the team that you work with like?

A: The Odaseva team is diverse in so many ways, yet we are united in our pursuit of excellence for our clients. Creatively collaborating with our team of experts to solve client challenges makes the work fun. Being responsive characterizes how I must always operate with my colleagues and our prospects.

Q: Why did you join Odaseva? 

A: By way of a good friend’s reference, I learned about Odaseva and was immediately impressed with the vision, the technology leadership, and direction of the company. I saw the opportunity to grow as well as contribute my own skill set.

Q: What do you like about working at Odaseva?

A: The people. So many smart, talented, and dedicated people across every aspect of the company. They are passionately invested in delivering audacious customer service.

Q: How did you come to join the Salesforce ecosystem?

A:  Apart from being an enthusiastic Salesforce user in my previous sales roles, I had never operated in the Salesforce ecosystem. It was all new to me and so a bit of a learning curve.

Q: What’s your proudest work-related accomplishment or project?

A: My proudest work-related accomplishment, as you can imagine, as a salesperson, is closing a significantly large opportunity on behalf of Odaseva. Taking the business away from a competitor, navigating contract negotiations, and having the signature come in on time are all part of it. What gives me the most satisfaction is to have engaged with the smart people in Odaseva and work in a team-oriented way to bring the best solutions forward.

Q: What else can you tell us about yourself?

A: I am an avid student of health and fitness and enjoy playing and watching tennis. I am active in our local church.
