Let’s dive in!

Laetitia Pot, Technical Program Manager and Agile Coach at Odaseva

Q: Tell us about what you do here at Odaseva

A: At Odaseva, I wear two hats: Technical Program Manager and Agile Coach. As Technical Program Manager, I focus primarily on orchestrating the successful execution of our technical projects. This ranges from defining project objectives to facilitating communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

As an Agile Coach, I play a key role in promoting Agile methodologies and best practices within our organization. I work closely with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing collaboration, transparency and agility in our work processes.

Q: What’s the team that you work with like?

A: I work closely with the R&D teams, each made up of product managers and developers. These teams focus on delivering new features, new products or enhancements to existing products. In terms of development processes, I work in partnership with the security team to ensure that our processes comply with the various certifications. It’s a dynamic, cross-functional environment, and I’m lucky to work with such a diverse and collaborative group.

Q: Why did you join Odaseva?

A: After my experiences as a developer, project manager, and Scrum Master, I was in search of a more cross-functional role, similar to the one I had previously held. My discussions with François Lopitaux, the Chief Product Officer at Odaseva, convinced me that at Odaseva, I would find both an exciting role and an environment in constant evolution.

Q: What do you like about working at Odaseva?

A: At Odaseva, we are always pushing ourselves to solve new problems and learn new skills. I am delighted to be part of the Odaseva team. The atmosphere of collaboration within and between teams is exceptional. The company afterworks give us a chance to get to know our coworkers on a personal level and strengthen our team bonds. Furthermore, Odaseva is built on values that resonate with me deeply, including a customer-centric approach or the concept of Kaizen.

Q: How did you come to join the Salesforce ecosystem?

A: Before joining Odaseva, I had limited direct exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem. Nevertheless, in a previous position, Salesforce was the primary tool used by our sales teams. As a result, the opportunity to immerse myself more extensively in this ecosystem strongly appealed to me. I also had the chance to further enhance my understanding of Salesforce when I attended World Tour Paris last June.

Q: What’s your proudest work-related accomplishment or project?

A: One of the events in which I played an active part, and which had a profound effect on me, was the organization of an internal hackathon. We managed to bring together 47 participants from eight different departments, resulting in the development of 14 exceptionally innovative projects. It was very rewarding to lead the brainstorming sessions to form the teams, organize a jury and observe the engaging presentations. The experience took place over three days, encouraging innovation and cross-departmental collaboration, and truly fostered creativity and the exchange of ideas across all areas of our organization.

Q: What else can you tell us about yourself?

Music, especially the violin, which I have practiced for over 20 years, holds a special place in my heart. After being a member of an amateur symphonic orchestra, I now prefer attending concerts in Parisian concert halls.

On weekends, I also enjoy spending time playing board games with my family. I have a passion for all sorts of games, from the most fun to the most intricate, with a pronounced preference for strategy games.
