Ken Moebus, SVP, Global Strategic Accounts

Q: Tell us about what you do here at Odaseva (you can describe your missions, responsibilities, objectives)

A:  I lead the Global Strategic Sales Organization for Odaseva. Our mission is to provide best-in-class account management to our top 20 strategic customers, building loyal partnerships that drive renewal, expansion, and innovation.

Q: What’s the team that you work with like? (you can describe the team spirit, the work environment, the team rituals, ...)

A:   I work with a team of seasoned sales professionals. Their deep experience, work ethic, and professionalism amaze me every single day.  It’s one of the reasons I love to come to work every day.

Q: Why did you join Odaseva? 

A: I came out of a three-year retirement to join Odaseva because I saw a company in exciting growth mode. After meeting with CEO Sovan Bin, I was drawn to the mission, the market-leading solutions, and the passionate culture. Five years later, I’m still thrilled with that decision.

Q: What do you like about working at Odaseva?

A:  It’s all about the people. I love the team I work with and the customers we serve—That is what inspires me to start work every morning.

Q: How did you come to join the Salesforce ecosystem?

A:  Odaseva was my very first introduction to the Salesforce ecosystem!

Q: What’s your proudest work-related accomplishment or project?

A: I have two major highlights. First, I broke the $1 million barrier by securing Odaseva’s largest single Customer—an Account that remains our top customer by ARR today. Second, and even more meaningful, is watching my team grow into exceptional, high-producing Account Executives.

Q: What else can you tell us about yourself? (anything personal or other related-work facts you would like to share)

A:  I value loyalty, ethics, and trust above all else. I strive to ensure these qualities define every interaction I have, whether with my internal team or our customers.
