Q: Tell us about what you do here at Odaseva

A: I lead a team of 22 implementation engineers across 4 teams at Odaseva. My main mission is to oversee product deployment, streamline our delivery processes, and ensure our customers get maximum value from our solutions

Q: What’s the team that you work with like?

A: I actually operate across two distinct teams:

- Backup & Archiving (Product Team): An Agile group of seven spread across France, the US, and Argentina. Despite the different time zones, we maintain a tight-knit, collaborative spirit to continuously enhance our products—and I love that I still get to stay hands-on with some of the implementation work here

- R&D & Cross-Stream Management: A peer network of managers where we align on key communications, share operational experiences, and tackle complex leadership challenges together as a united front"

Q: Why did you join Odaseva? 

A: Having spent 15 years building my own software business, I was looking for a place where I could keep growing professionally. I joined Odaseva 4 years ago to have a direct impact every day - empowering the team to feel good about their work and helping our clients overcome their toughest challenges

Q: What do you like about working at Odaseva?

A: Everyone is always eager to help out with a positive attitude, and we really know how to balance hard, challenging work with a fun environment

Q: How did you come to join the Salesforce ecosystem?

A:  I actually didn't know Salesforce before joining Odaseva, but during my first few months, I was given time to completed hundreds of Trailhead modules to quickly get up to speed

Q: What’s your proudest work-related accomplishment or project?

A: Dramatically improving the stability of our core backend engine (built on PHP, Go and Python). Over the past four years, we added extensive automated testing, making the system far more reliable than it used to be

Q: What else can you tell us about yourself?

A: Having run my own software company for 15 years, I naturally look at engineering through both a technical and a business lens. Outside of work, staying active—especially through running and practicing martial arts—is key for me to decompress, stay sharp, and recharge
