Q: Tell us about what you do here at Odaseva:

A: As a Support Manager for both the North American and Asia-Pacific regions, I lead and manage a high-performing team dedicated to customer success. A key part of my role involves extensive collaboration with our R&D, Product, and CSM teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Furthermore, I emphasize going the extra mile by empowering my team to not only resolve issues but also provide proactive advice to our customers. Ultimately, my success is measured by consistently ensuring the team delivers an exceptional experience, reflected in high CSAT scores.

Q: What’s the team that you work with like?:

A: Our support team is a group of curious, genuine people who are passionate about learning and helping others succeed. We foster this collaborative spirit through essential routines, including a quick morning sync call and a global support call where everyone shares knowledge and assists one another. Despite the hard work, we maintain a light-hearted and fun environment where we love to laugh and joke, often enjoying each other's company with an afternoon break for a snack at places like Blue Bottle. This strong bond and collective enthusiasm are also evident in the team's willingness to always volunteer for any project, making them a truly dedicated and exceptional group.

Q: Why did you join Odaseva?

A: I really appreciate the diverse and international culture at the company, particularly the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with our French colleagues. Another highlight is the genuine camaraderie with my co-workers in the office. We maintain a fantastic, ego-free environment, which is perfectly demonstrated by us all eating lunch together regularly. This collaborative spirit extends beyond breaks, as we consistently help each other out on tasks, even if the request falls outside of our specific role, making it a truly supportive place to work.

Q: What do you like about working at Odaseva?

Q: How did you come to join the Salesforce ecosystem?

A: My long-standing relationship with Salesforce, spanning over 15 years as a dedicated user, naturally led me to fully join its ecosystem. In my previous role, I took the initiative to deeply engage with system administration and back-office functions, gaining valuable, hands-on technical expertise. Recognizing that Salesforce is a powerful CRM tool, I've consistently utilized resources like Trailhead to continually expand my knowledge of the product and its capabilities, solidifying my commitment to the platform.

Q: What’s your proudest work-related accomplishment or project?

A: Among my many achievements, my greatest source of pride lies in building exceptional support teams across both the North American and APAC regions. Their ongoing accolades, growth, and collective accomplishments are truly my proudest moments, reflecting the quality of talent we've cultivated.

I am also proud of the strategic project we undertook to centralize and document essential team knowledge. By creating a single source of truth for documentation, we significantly improved efficiency and consistency across the global organization.

Finally, I take immense pride in how my team handles our large enterprise customers. We have established a reputation for service excellence, where the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our most critical customers are completely satisfied with the support and solutions they receive.

Q: What else can you tell us about yourself?

A: My passion for running and marathons naturally extends to my role as a wellness leader within the company. I have become the default organizer for any running-related events, successfully translating this personal enthusiasm into engaging company activities. In this capacity, I actively serve as a running ambassador, dedicated to encouraging and uplifting co-workers and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle across the organization.
